NoFussApps is one person, Anu Kama, in Waimanalo, Hawaii. This page says what I keep about you, where it comes from, how long I keep it, and how to have it deleted. If anything here is unclear, email me and I will answer.
Your name, handle, bio, follower and view counts, and your public posts and their comments. I read these from your public TikTok and Instagram pages, and from Instagram's own business data service. I use them to decide whether a product idea fits your audience, and to write you a plan.
The email address you list publicly, usually in your bio or on your link page. I use it to write to you about working together. Nothing else.
The emails and messages between us. So I can answer you and remember what we agreed.
A recording of our video call, only if you say yes when I ask at the start. It is turned into a written transcript on my own computer. The audio is deleted after I review the call. The transcript helps me remember what you said.
Your legal name, email, and signature on the agreement, with the time, internet address and browser it was signed from, as proof of signing. Your answers to the interview form, typed or as voice notes, which become your product. Your clips and change notes, if you send them.
If you join a creator's early list, I keep your email only to tell you when their product opens. Every one of those emails has a link to leave the list.
The early list is deleted 30 days after the product goes on sale.
The store and checkout are run on Whop. I never see your card. Whop's own privacy policy covers what you give them.
The buyers are the creator's audience. I share the buyer list with the creator when they ask, within privacy law, and I do not sell you anything else.
If I found your profile and you never wrote back, or I never wrote to you, everything about you is deleted 6 months after my last message or my last look.
If you wrote back, I keep our messages and notes while we are in touch. Ask any time and I delete them.
A signed agreement and what it paid are kept as long as the agreement runs and the records law asks me to keep after it.
The sound of a recorded call is deleted after I review it. Only the written transcript stays.

The database and the website your plan, agreement and form pages are served from.
An AI model that helps me read public posts and comments, and draft plans and replies. I check what goes out.
The store, the checkout and the creator's payouts.
I do not sell anyone's data, I do not show ads, and these pages set no tracking or advertising cookies. A plan page counts whether its link was opened, so I know you saw it. Nothing here is meant for anyone under 13.
To stop emails: reply "stop" to any email. I will not email you again.
To see or delete what I keep: email anu.nofussapps@gmail.com. I answer within 10 days, and deleting covers every place listed on this page.
After you ask me to stop or delete, I keep one scrambled (hashed) copy of your email and handle. It is not stored as your address. It exists only so I never contact you again by mistake.
